LEASOL GmbH (“we”, “us”, “our”) takes the protection of your personal data seriously. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit www.leasol.at, how we use it, and what rights you have under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679).

What Data We Collect
Server & Access Logs
When you visit the website, our hosting infrastructure automatically records the following data for security and stability purposes:
- Browser type and version
- Operating system
- Referrer URL
- Date and time of access
- IP address (stored temporarily, not linked to personal profiles)
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating a secure and stable website.
Retention: Up to 7 days, then automatically deleted.
Contact Enquiries
When you submit a message via the contact form or email us directly, we process the personal data you provide (such as your name, email address, company, and message) to handle your enquiry.
Legal basis: Pre-contractual or contractual necessity (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), or — where no contract is anticipated — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention: Until your enquiry is resolved, unless statutory retention obligations require us to keep records longer.
Analytics & Tracking
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the website. IP addresses are anonymised before storage. Data is processed on Google’s servers, which may be located outside the EEA; Google adheres to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Legal basis: Consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You may opt out at any time via the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by withdrawing cookie consent.

Hotjar
We use Hotjar (Hotjar Ltd., Dragonara Business Centre, 5th Floor, Dragonara Road, Paceville St Julian’s STJ 3141, Malta) to analyse visitor behaviour through heatmaps and session recordings. Hotjar does not capture keystrokes or personally identifiable information such as email addresses or payment details.

Data Sharing
We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data is only shared with the service providers listed in this policy (Google, Hotjar) and only to the extent necessary to deliver those services. All processors are bound by data processing agreements in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.
International Transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the EEA (in particular in the United States). Where this is the case, transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), or another appropriate safeguard under Art. 46 GDPR.
Your Rights Under GDPR
Provided the relevant legal conditions are met, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data:
- Right of access — obtain confirmation of whether we process your data and a copy of it (Art. 15 GDPR)
- Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data (Art. 16 GDPR)

- Right to restriction — request that we limit processing of your data (Art. 18 GDPR)
- Right to data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format (Art. 20 GDPR)

- Right to withdraw consent — withdraw any consent given at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing (Art. 7(3) GDPR)
